It’s easy accessible from East, West I-20 and I-285 South. There are several stores close by to suit every need. You might be able to find places to ride your bike in this area, but you’ll most likely want your car for most errands.
The neighborhood provides plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation, with access to Exchange Park, Misty Waters Park, and Gresham Park. Panthersville also sits adjacent to Georgia State University-Perimeter College, making it a great choice for many students, faculty, and staff. There has been a torn open bag of trash littered in my stairwell for over a month. The office staff and maintenance team are always very helpful and nice. Especially Lissette, she is not only helpful but she genuinely cares. Nothing quite complements a comfortable, stylish home like an array of luxury amenities.

The Big House is a major attraction that celebrates the musical career of the Allman Brothers Band, while the Hay House and Cannonball House represent the city’s architectural history. RUDE office staff who are all trying their best to hit you with another fee.

My dishwasher went out a few months ago and with in 3 days i got a new one put in. Its security 24 hours and no one is hanging out in the breezways and no kids running around bc there is a curfew for children under 16. Like i said before ive been here a year and only issue i had was my dishwasher and that was fixed asap. I have lived at Creekside for about three and a half years now and I could have not found a better place to call my home. The office staff extremely awesome as well as maintenance.

They explained to me that they were a new company. At first I was hesitant being that I heard so many bad things about the area. Coming out a marriage I had to get settle with my kids quick so I gave it a try. I have literally watched them change this place around! So many people that were causing problems for my kids, neighbors & I have moved out.
